    Good

My family and I have been enjoying Paradise Point for about 9 years. It really is paradise there. The pools are great, the rooms are modern, and the service is amazing.

The room we were in was a back room with not a great view.

    Fabulous

    1) The grounds are beautiful, a real tropical paradise. 2) Great access to one of the pools from our room, it was like have our own private pool. 3) Barefoot Bar and Grill. Excellent food, great drinks great place to chat and meet people.

Too many details are missed. Cheaped paint in the bathroom walls, hairs in the tub/shower, room service ends too early (10pm), wall are thin and sound like a drum everytime you hit them even if lightly. My wife and I went there for a second honeymoon, and we were kind of loud, it was very embarrazing meeting the family next to us with 4 kids. They didn't complain but...

    Very good

I really enjoyed the surroundings, it is a beautiful resort.

I did not like that we could not get out to the places we wanted to see without having to rent a car. However, we did like the trolley and then we had to take public transit for the rest of our sight seeing, which kind of took away some of our time to see an do the things we wanted to do.

    Very good

The landscaped grounds, and setting along the beach were amazing. The restaurant Barefoot Bar and Grill had very good food, reasonable prices and very good service. The decor inside the rooms is very nice. The pools/spas are very nice also.

The walls of the rooms are thin and we could hear heating/plumbing/TV of our next door neighbour. The cost of internet is $10-20 per day and parking is $25per day which seems way too high. Transportation from the area can be expensive if using a cab $24 per way to the Zoo, or time consuming if using the bus (1 hr to the zoo). The main pool was quite cold, and it costs $13 to use the weightroom. The croquet wasn't available when we were there.

The staff was solicitous and unobtrusive. The grounds were lovely and well kept. I enjoyed shopping the gift shop which had an excellent variety and reasonable prices

    Very good

The grounds are beautiful and tropical feeling. And the staff were all very helpful and pleasant.

I felt that the accommodations were very over-blown. We had reserved a "garden lanai" unit but we had neither an lanai nor a garden view. Our unit fronted a street. The bathroms were also very stark and nothing luxurious there.

The resort was beautiful, it was like being on your own little private island. There are 5 pools to choose from a close walk to the beach, 3 resturants, shopping, walking, biking, boating, surfing, everything you could think of was there. Fun for the family, older and younger children.

More expensive, yet you get what you pay for. No complaints here.

    Close to sea world

Air conditioning was very old and loud, not able to sleep and the room was hard to find at night when we checked in. But to the nice Gardner or maintenance man in the golf cart, thank so much. He led us to our room after we drove around for 20 minutes what no help from the other hotel staff. I would not stay here ever again.

Paradise Point is a wonderful place to stay! We loved the layout of the bungalow style rooms and proximity to the beach along with the five different swimming pools. The walking trails and water features for wildlife add to the feeling of a Pacific island get-a-way. Although there were tours to nearby attractions, we never left this beautiful island until check-out time! A special thanks to Mike and Chris for shuttle and luggage service. A smile for Julie at the front desk. And a big thanks to Kim at the pool bar and the chief who makes such delicious tuna sandwiches. Great job!

We took a taxi in from the airport but we heard that parking your own car could get pricey.

Location was great, food at the baileen was amazing

Just awful awful service. The barefoot has such potential to be an amazing place to eat however the staff was terrible and ignored you if they had other things going on. There were open tables and they said they had a 20 minute wait...food was always cold when delivered. Just terrible for the only place for breakfast on the island.

    Superb

It was an awesome place for young couples and also for you g couples with kids. It has five swimming pools and a good restaurant but I wish the room service was 24 hours.

    No 24 hours room service.

    Superb

Secluded location within Mission Bay Park. Quick, easy access to Old Town, Sea World, airport, downtown. Curbside parking just steps from every room. LOTS of waterspouts, games, etc. Full occupancy, but never felt crowded.

Food & drinks were quite pricey, yet nothing to write home about as far as quality/quantity.

Very peace place to stay in, great location, great swimming pool. The great world to discrib it is wooooooooooooooooow.

In room order will close at 11:00pm, as the hotel has lots of swimming pools and lakes also lots of green places, it was full of different kinds of insects but mostly we can live with it. The swimming pool water should is very cold.

    Good

    The pools were very nice.

For a resort charging $250 pn, the bathrooms could be updated along with hair dryers that work. The facility fee of $17 pn added onto the bill was very disappointing when we already paid $250. The TV had lines in it and we never received a response to come fix it.
